Delivery Delays

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
Unfortunately, personalised items, gift cards and certain hygiene products cannot be returned unless faulty.
